The first stanza states the duty of a true artist, too reflect on the universe.

For every action there is a reaction, but there is no way to know just how large the reaction will be. The force and resistance laws seem only
to apply when applied to physical matter. In the ream of idealism, force reactions do not apply, because there is room for misunderstanding which
can cause a much greater reaction than the force applied. "Cellular misrepresentation" is an awesome concept, it has many levels of meaning.
Biological life is an accident...the shapes that biological life forms take are arbitrary just like the words we use to describe them. Well, omitting onomonopia, that is the one language concept that is not arbitrary.

Humans are not qualified to make concrete statements about truth because our capacity to understand is impaired by our cosmic station in the universe. We are chained to our mortality and subject to the organism's perception limitations.

No chance that Humans will ever understand anything completely, it's all based on perspective and our tools for perception are imperfect. Even at
our best the concept of "infinite" is ungraspable with complete understanding. Milton touches on this concept in "Paradise Lost" when he describes the fall of man and the nature of knowledge.

I'm sure that there is more to "Vibratory Mass" than what I've interpolated, but that's just the stuff that jumps out at this reader.
